This is the photo "Snow Fall" in charcoal effect. You can really see the Parliamentary Libray in this, as well as the wreath on the side of the building.

The picture before the manipulation was pretty too. It was just before Christmas and it was snowing. Just one of those perfect Ottawa winter days when Sparks Street turns into a snow globe.
